You only need:
2 cups rolled oats
7 SugarLike packets
2 Tbsp. honey or maple syrup (for unique flavor and chewy texture) plus 1/3 cup water
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup walnuts chopped
1/2 cup cashews chopped
1/4 cup coconut flakes
A big pinch of salt (depends on how salty you like your granola)

Steps:
1. On medium heat, add oats and salt, stirring occasionally until starting to brown and crisp (~5 mins)
2. On low-med heat, mix in the nuts and seeds (don’t add coconut yet) until brown
3. Add in mixed honey, SugarLike, and water
4. Keep stirring to avoid burning nuts and oats, stir for around 10 mins or so until toasty and dried
5. Add in coconut flakes, remove from heat and let cool
6. Store in airtight container and enjoy!
