NFS-0218 is an extra sweet concentrated organic sugar.  It is twice as sweet as ordinary organic sugar, so you use half as much.  That way you reduce the sugar and the calories by 50%.

75% sugar reduced

NFS-0418 is even more concentrated than the organic sugar above.  It is four times as sweet as ordinary organic sugar, so you use a quarter as much.  That way you reduce the sugar and the calories by 75%.

These sweeteners have the functional characteristics normally associated with sugar.  Notably, they provide preservative and browning effects.

Organic Produce is called organic when grown on soil that had no prohibited substances such as synthetic fertilizers and pesticides for three years prior to harvest.
